Christian Kolarik, CEO of Coveris, expressed his enthusiasm for the acquisition, stating, “We are pleased to continue our growth trajectory despite industry challenges. This expansion allows us to enhance our service offerings and strengthen our position in the European bakery and confectionery markets.”

The acquisition is pending regulatory approval and is anticipated to be finalized by mid-Q2 2024.
