The highly anticipated UK debut of the IMA ILAPAK Vegatronic 2000 ML will take center-stage on IMA FLX’s stand (D10) at PPMA 2023. This advanced machine is specifically designed to cater to the IQF food, produce, and dairy markets, offering a range of pack styles including Doy-style pouches. With its sanitary design and excellent accessibility, the Vegatronic 2000 ML is set to revolutionize food and drink packaging in the UK.
The Vegatronic 2000 ML represents an affordable solution for the UK’s food manufacturers who are facing intense pressure to minimize costs due to high food price inflation. To meet this demand, the machine has been strategically designed with fewer added-value features compared to other machines in the Vegatronic range, ensuring the lowest cost of ownership and per pack.

Additionally, IMA Ilapak will showcase the Carrera I-500 flow wrapper in the PPMA foyer. The Carrera I-500 is an entry-level flow wrapper that offers robust and ergonomic architecture, a balcony style design, and extended film and product size range capacity. With its ability to run at linear speeds of 40+m/min, this high-performance flow wrapper is ideal for various applications including fresh and frozen food, baked goods, snacks, and non-food products.
