Based in Glasgow, PJ Foods is a renowned sandwich producer with over 30 years of experience in the Scottish market. The recent acquisition by Tiffin signifies a strategic expansion of their footprint across the UK.

In line with this deal, Tiffin is committed to investing in PJ Foods’ Glasgow facility. This investment aims to boost production capacity, modernize facilities, and create additional employment opportunities in both production and logistics.

Tiffin is set to upgrade machinery, enhance logistics, and improve training programs to increase efficiency and capacity at the site.

Furthermore, Tiffin has reassured PJ Foods’ customers that they can expect the same high-quality products crafted from locally sourced ingredients that they have consistently trusted.

The acquisition process received support from Andrew Jackson Solicitors and Clive Owen accountants, who aided Tiffin throughout the deal.

Headquartered in Bradford, Tiffin currently operates five sites throughout the UK, including a distribution centre in Glasgow. With over 1,500 delivery vehicles, Tiffin distributes 700,000 fresh products weekly to approximately 4,000 locations.
