Signatrol, the data logging expert, has introduced a new line of low-cost, miniature button-style temperature and humidity data loggers called SL60 dLog. Specifically designed for the food industry, these new data loggers are intended to replace the previous SL50 range.
The upgraded SL60 data loggers come equipped with several improvements over the SL50 series. They are compatible with Signatrol’s TempIT5 software and offer increased accuracy and resolution, a larger number of readings, extended battery life lasting up to three years, and a more affordable price point. Furthermore, users can still access data from the loggers even if the battery is drained.
This new range of data loggers is self-contained and user-friendly, making them ideal for various applications within food production, distribution, and storage. Both the SL62T (£149) and the SL63T (£180) models are constructed using FDA-approved food-safe materials and are fully sealed with an IP68 rating, allowing for submersion without additional protection. Communication with the data loggers is facilitated by the latest NFC technology. In addition, the SL63T boasts an expanded operating range from -40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for monitoring the temperature of finished products post-cooking during the freezing process.
The ‘A’ version of the SL60 range includes a UKAS ISO 17025 traceable calibration certificate, while this feature is optional for the other models in the series.
Signatrol offers the new SL60 data loggers in a convenient starter kit, which includes the option of two or five data loggers of your choice, TempIT5-Pro Microsoft Windows Application software, an SL60-READER NFC reader, and a three-point UKAS traceable calibration certificate at default points (available for ‘A’ version only).
