Engineered for high-performance snack production, the ACP-700 boasts an impressive output of up to 20 cases and 150 bags per minute. This efficient system not only enhances speed and precision but also minimizes reliance on manual labor through advanced automation capabilities.

Its intuitive touchscreen HMI allows non-skilled operators to easily select from up to 500 pack presets with just a single touch, enhancing operational efficiency.
This versatile system integrates multiple functions—bag infeed, alignment, sorting, packing, and case closing—into a compact unit. Consequently, it effectively handles various pack patterns and case sizes, enabling retailers to maximize shelf space with neatly packed, easy-to-open cases that improve product presentation and expedite shelf replenishment.
In addition to the ACP-700, Ishida will present a comprehensive automated packaging line featuring the innovative CCW-AS multihead weigher, Inspira RD33 rotary bagmaker equipped with an integrated auto splice module, and a TSC-AS inline seal tester. Attendees can also explore advanced weighing and inspection technologies, including the IX-PD and IX-EN X-ray systems and the DACS-GN checkweigher. When combined with Ishida’s AI-powered Sentinel 5.0 production monitoring software, these systems create a complete, intelligent in-line solution available live at Stand C3-4 in Hall 3.
