## Dawn Meats Sells Minority Shareholding in French Meat Processor

Dawn Meats’ decision to sell its stake in Elivia follows the expansion of its subsidiary, Dunbia, in the West Country. Just three months ago, Dunbia acquired lamb processor H R Jasper & Son in Cornwall, further strengthening its presence in the food manufacturing sector.
