The session “What’s next for the meat alternatives category?” on the same day will explore the innovative technologies and ingredients that promise to replicate the taste, texture, and cooking behavior of conventional meat. Speakers such as Edwin Bark from Redefine Meat, Staffan Hillberg from Millow, and Leonie Johanna Jahn from DTU Biosustain will share their insights.
