During his tenure as a director, he has actively promoted Paramount’s environmental and sustainability agenda, from advocating for the use of sustainably sourced seafood in our range to removing black plastic from our operations.

He has also championed Paramount’s accreditation as a Living Wage Foundation employer, committing to paying a voluntary wage rate that exceeds the governmental minimum to ensure the true cost of living is met.

Jon Phillips, the managing director, expressed his appreciation, saying, “On behalf of everyone associated with Paramount now and over the past 35 years, I would like to extend our thanks to Ali for her vision, passion, and determination in leading Paramount. While we have faced challenges along the way, working at Paramount has always been enjoyable, making it a great workplace.”

“We are well positioned to achieve future success, and I look forward to collaborating with Josh to build upon our company’s past achievements and explore new avenues in embracing the future, ultimately delivering success for our customers, team, and suppliers,” Phillips added.
