Her expertise in chocolaty desserts helped her create pasta made from white chocolate to give the perfect chocoholic experience that chocolate lovers would truly savor.
Partnering with top Italian American restaurant Frankie & Benny’s, Lottie created the unique pure chocolate Easter Egg. Known for their popular meatballs, the restaurant wanted to showcase this dish with an Easter theme so they requested Lottie to make a football-sized meatball out of pure indulgent chocolate. The result looks amazing!
The giant chocolate Easter egg stands out in its perfect shape, and impressive size. Practice and perfection took 30 hours, while the actual production took 5 hours to make and assemble complete with white chocolate and jelly pasta, a strawberry and raspberry coulis sauce with sweet donations.
The contest to win this chocolate masterpiece runs until April 16. Lottie’s fans can head down to their local Frankie & Benny’s, look for a picture of her face, scan the QR code present on the cards, and fill in their details. The winner will be announced on April 17.
