Booker Group is pleased to announce that eligible Premier, Londis, Budgens, and Family Shopper retailers can now offer their customers a wider range of payment options in-store. This move brings them in line with every major UK supermarket chain and the vast majority of high-street retailers who already accept American Express (Amex) cards.
In collaboration with American Express, Booker Group will provide its store owners with marketing materials and point-of-purchase resources, as well as guidance on how to begin accepting Amex Cards. This agreement is set to bring increased footfall to participating stores and contribute to overall profitability. The inclusion of Amex as a payment option provides shoppers with another compelling reason to choose our Symbol stores, which has been met with enthusiasm by our retailers.
