MOMO and Natoora Launch Seasonal Kombucha

MOMO and Natoora Launch Seasonal Kombucha Kombucha, Momo, Natoora, seasonal Food and Beverage Business

MOMO Kombucha has unveiled its newest seasonal collaboration with premium produce specialist Natoora: Carmelo’s Blood Orange Kombucha, a limited-edition spring offering crafted from Sicilian Moro blood oranges, sourced from the esteemed grower Carmelo.

This exciting variant is set to launch in March 2026, with a retail price starting at £4.50 for a 330ml bottle, and will be accessible through MOMO, Ocado, Natoora, Selfridges, GAIL’s Bakeries, Planet Organic, Zapp, and Whole Foods Market.

Based in New Covent Garden Market, the brewery—founded by the husband-and-wife duo Josh and Lisa Puddle—continues to enhance its reputation for producing small-batch, raw, and unfiltered kombucha through traditional brewing techniques. This seasonal offering showcases the vibrant citrus flavor and rich berry-like sweetness characteristic of Carmelo’s Moro blood oranges, cultivated in Sicily, where significant temperature variations between day and night amplify both color and flavor.

MOMO integrates the Moro blood oranges with its classic kombucha base, which consists of organic tea, a hint of raw cane sugar, and delicate notes of hibiscus and elderflower. The result is a refreshing and aromatic beverage that epitomizes the height of the blood orange season.

This collaboration expands upon a series of seasonal releases from MOMO x Natoora, which have included Forced Rhubarb Kombucha, Green Mandarin Kombucha (also utilizing Carmelo’s fruit), Passion Fruit Kombucha, and Watermelon Kombucha. Each edition highlights remarkable in-season produce alongside MOMO’s dedication to slow, artisanal fermentation.

Co-founder Josh Puddle expressed his enthusiasm, stating: “We’re thrilled to partner with Natoora for another annual seasonal and are grateful to them for introducing us to Carmelo and his incredibly delicious Moro Blood Oranges. Visiting Carmelo’s beautiful Blood Orange Grove in Sicily last year was a true highlight since starting the business. His passion and dedication to quality resonate with everything we’re doing at MOMO. Our brewers have done an exceptional job to balance the bright citrus acidity and deep berry-like sweetness from the oranges with our kombucha.”

As the demand for premium, provenance-focused soft drinks continues to grow, MOMO’s latest seasonal release firmly establishes the brand at the confluence of craft fermentation and exceptional fresh produce.
