Nulogy to showcase Smart Factory and Quality & Compliance solutions at PPMA 2026

Nulogy, a leading provider of manufacturing operations software, will return to the PPMA Show from 22-24 September 2026, showcasing an expanded portfolio of solutions that help food and beverage manufacturers make faster, more informed decisions across production, quality and compliance.

Exhibiting on Stand A92, the team will demonstrate how a single operating system can support the people who make and pack food, with OEE system Nulogy Smart Factory and Nulogy Quality and Compliance offering comprehensive plant management within one platform.

Nulogy Smart Factory is a cloud-based platform which takes the pressure off production managers whilst offering business-building insight. Delivering real-time visibility into production metrics, equipment status and workforce allocation, it empowers teams to identify issues early, eliminate inefficiencies and optimise labour use.

New for PPMA 2026 are the latest additions to Nulogy Smart Factory. Nulogy Maintenance is a built-in solution that connects maintenance activity directly to live production information, enabling teams to prioritise work according to machine condition, usage and production impact. In addition, the integrated AI Assistant, Nora, enables users to ask questions in plain English and receive immediate answers based on live production and maintenance data.

Visitors to Stand A92 will also be able to learn about Nulogy Quality and Compliance. Designed to simplify quality management processes and documentation, the solution provides real-time traceability, evidence capture, and audit preparation tools that help food manufacturers maintain control of quality processes. The platform also centralises supplier documentation and certification records, providing easier access to critical compliance information.

The administrative burden associated with compliance activities is also reduced with Nulogy Quality & Compliance supporting a more proactive approach to quality management, enabling teams to spend less time preparing for audits and more time focused on driving operational improvement.

“Food and beverage manufacturers today are under pressure from every direction, whether that is production performance, quality expectations or compliance requirements,” said Josephine Coombe, Chief Commercial Officer at Nulogy.

“Many organisations are still managing these challenges through disconnected systems and manual processes, creating unnecessary complexity and risk. Our goal at PPMA is to demonstrate how manufacturers can bring greater visibility, consistency and confidence to every area of their operations via a single operating system.”

The Nulogy team will be available on Stand A92 throughout PPMA 2026 to discuss how manufacturers can strengthen production, quality and compliance performance.
