Cartonpack Group, a prominent provider of packaging solutions for the fresh produce and food sectors, has announced its acquisition of Agrypack S.r.l., a Verona-based distributor of packaging solutions within the agri-food industry that has been operating since 1992.

This acquisition marks a significant advancement in Cartonpack’s growth strategy, designed to enhance its commercial and operational presence in Northern Italy while broadening its integrated packaging offerings for clients in the fresh produce and food markets.

Having established a long-term partnership with Agrypack, Cartonpack shares a relationship grounded in mutual trust and shared expertise.
