Formulated from renewable raw materials, Einar® 987 is a food-grade, non-toxic polyglycerol ester (PGE) blend sourced from fatty acids in vegetable oils. This innovative solution is designed to replace traditional ethoxylated amine (EA) additives, providing a drop-in, regulatory-compliant alternative that meets the industry’s growing demands for safer and more sustainable production practices.
