ATS Packaging will showcase its wide range of packaging machinery for various end markets, including personal care, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, medical, homecare, and automotive at this year’s PPMA Show. With two stands, ATS Packaging will have a significant presence at the event.
The exhibition will highlight ATS’s expertise in providing turnkey filling line solutions. Their offerings include bottle unscramblers, liquid filling machines, lidding / capping machines, and end of line automated packing systems.
A major highlight will be the ‘turnkey and complete’ Spray Trigger Capping System. This advanced system offers a comprehensive solution for spray trigger feeding, capping, robotic cartoning/packing/sealing, and palletising. It ensures accurate placement and alignment of spray trigger devices through an automatic feeding system.
In addition, ATS will showcase their advanced capping machines, featuring high-precision tightening technology with programmable settings for torque, speed, applied force, and vertical positioning of the capping head. These machines provide reliable tightening operations with closure result storage (CSR) integrated into the factory network.
The exhibition will also feature ATS’s FBL range of jar lidding and filling machines designed for the food and drink sector. These machines offer fast and efficient automatic filling and tightening of glass jars and various closures, including metal Twist-Off (TO) and Press-on, Twist-Off (PT) types. They are suitable for products like mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, cooking sauces, pickled vegetables, jams, and honey.
ATS-designed solutions are known for their fast changeovers between different formats, thanks to the adoption of SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) principles. This allows quick change-part replacements in under 10 minutes, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum production efficiency.
Other ATS packing line solutions on display include the GMS versatile bottle unscramblers, capable of sorting and orientating multiple container formats in a single machine system. The exhibition will also introduce the SK Pharma range of high-performance and durable Mixing Vessels.
Moreover, ATS will seize the opportunity to demonstrate the latest automated pallet wrapping machines from Matco International UK, newly established.
ATS’s presence at the PPMA Show will feature two stands, H42 and J40, with a dedicated social area for visitors offering snacks and a bar.
