The company has invested £7 million to enhance its headquarters in Airdrie, completing the construction of six bonded warehouses at the site. This strategic move aligns with the current trends in the food and beverage industry, focusing on robust logistics and storage capabilities.
With the capacity to accommodate 60,000 casks, the facility’s overall storage capability now reaches about 700,000 casks. This expansion responds to evolving food distribution trends and the growing demand for premium spirits.
The new warehouses are integral to a broader strategy aimed at upgrading storage and logistics throughout the business. This initiative supports the company’s long-term growth ambitions within the premium spirits sector, reflecting ongoing innovations in food manufacturing trends.

This perspective reinforces food and drink sustainability initiatives and market resilience.
“The completion of this new warehousing is another major step forward for our business following a busy period of acquisitions and new additions to our spirits portfolio,” Leask emphasized. “We now have some of the industry’s most modern, high-quality bottling and storage facilities at our Scottish headquarters, allowing us to manage stocks of our premium Scotch whiskies with greater efficiency and scale.
