The launch of SIG DomeMini signifies its entry into the Thai market, merging the on-the-go convenience of a plastic bottle with the sustainability advantages of a carton pack. This innovative approach aligns well with growing consumer preferences for eco-friendly solutions in the realm of food and drink sustainability.
Crafted primarily from FSC-certified paperboard, the SIG DomeMini carton bottle is designed for recycling. It is produced with 100% renewable electricity, showcasing a lightweight and space-efficient design that caters to the increasing demand for sustainable packaging in food and drink marketing.
Kriangsak Theppadungporn, managing director of Ampol Food, stated, “In addition to differentiating its eye-catching design from other types of packaging, opting for the SIG DomeMini is a step towards more sustainable on-the-go packaging in Thailand. We are empowering our consumers to make more eco-conscious choices without compromising on convenience while consuming their beverage on the move.” His insights underscore the alignment of current food and drink consumer trends with sustainable packaging initiatives.
Furthermore, the SIG DomeMini 12 Aseptic filling machine exemplifies efficiency and flexibility, capable of aseptically filling up to 12,000 packages per hour. It accommodates seven different volume sizes, ranging from 180 to 350ml, all managed seamlessly on a single filling machine. Notably, a volume change can be executed in just 15 minutes, enhancing operational efficiency and providing an edge in the competitive landscape of food and drink packaging.
