KIEFEL GmbH, a leader in polymer and natural fiber processing machines, introduces the new tilting machine SPEEDFORMER KTR 6.2 SPEED for mass production of polymer cups and coffee capsules. This technology offers higher productivity and energy savings of 10% due to optimized heating.

With optimized technology and design, the SPEEDFORMER KTR 6.2 improves output for thermoformed polymer cups by up to 50%. The larger forming area and faster forming time result in increased efficiency. The machine’s tooling cooling process and optimized forming air system contribute to higher quality production.

The KTR 6.2 boasts a powerful drive system at the Trim-in-place station, providing a punching force of 900 kN. This allows for easy punching of various materials, including thicker films like PET. The machine can also produce taller cups up to 250 mm.

Customers can enhance production speed with the advanced stacking and automation modules. The SPEEDSTACKER efficiently stacks a greater number of products, while the CUPPACKER facilitates cup packaging. These solutions offer optimized product transfer, real-time monitoring, and a user-friendly interface for seamless operation.
