Uncover the future of food & drink at IFE 2026 Food and Beverage Business

IFE returns to Excel London from 30 March to 01 April 2026 as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, bringing together the buyers, brands and ideas shaping the future of the UK food and drink market.

As the country’s leading product discovery event for food and drink, IFE offers an unrivalled opportunity for buyers across retail, wholesale, foodservice and hospitality to explore emerging trends, meet innovative producers and source new products responding to changing consumer expectations. From established brands to businesses entering the market for the first time, the show provides a comprehensive view of what’s next across food and drink.

With hundreds of brands exhibiting, IFE is firmly focused on discovery. Visitors can explore a diverse mix of products across 15 dedicated product sections, making it easier to navigate the show floor and connect with relevant suppliers. The Artisan Food section remains a key destination, showcasing producers focused on quality, provenance and craft across categories including fine foods, drinks, snacks and ambient products, while reflecting growing interest in authenticity and premium positioning.

Alongside this, the Startup Market returns as one of the most popular features of the show, offering a curated platform for early-stage brands ready to scale and expand into new routes to market. The 2026 line-up highlights the breadth of innovation across food and drink, from global flavours and functional products to wellness-led concepts and purpose-driven brands.

Brands taking part include Dragon Mama’s Kitchen, a family-run business bringing premium Taiwanese food to international markets; Omega Pressery, specialising in avocado and macadamia cooking oils; SheReal, a wellness-driven beverage and bespoke gifting business; and Yogoody, a brand focused on flavour-rich, nutritious food solutions, including a yoghurt-style drink made with real fruit, fibre and seven probiotic strains. Together, they reflect how flavour, functionality and brand storytelling continue to influence buying decisions.

Beyond the show floor, IFE’s content programme is designed to support informed sourcing and strategic planning. The New Products Discovery Theatre, sponsored by TT ICE TEA, offers an immersive experience for buyers to sample new launches, meet the people behind the brands and gain insight into the thinking behind new product development. The theatre also provides valuable networking opportunities, encouraging focused conversations between buyers and suppliers.

The Future Food Stage, sponsored by Brambles Digital, brings together industry leaders, analysts and practitioners to explore the wider forces shaping food and drink. Sessions across the three days will cover topics including futureproofing the wholesale workforce, building resilient global food systems and the role of diversity in product ranges, offering both practical takeaways and longer-term perspectives.

Taking place alongside IFE is IFE Manufacturing, providing valuable context around how products are developed, produced and brought to market. Covering machinery, ingredients, packaging, processing, design and manufacturing services, it connects brands and buyers with the full food and drink supply chain. Its Trends & Innovation Platform will feature Mintel’s 2026 Food & Drink Predictions, the Soil Association’s 2026 Organic Market Report and FMCG Gurus’ Consumer Trends for 2026, helping visitors understand how consumer expectations, regulation and sustainability are shaping future product development.

With IFE Manufacturing, HRC, The Pub Show, Hospitality Tech360 and International Salon Culinaire also taking place across Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, IFE sits within a wider ecosystem reflecting how retail, hospitality and manufacturing are increasingly interconnected.
