Catalina Snacks has reorganized its leadership team to support the continued expansion of Catalina Crunch throughout the US.
Lauri Luker has been promoted to president and chief customer officer, while Dan Robin has joined the company as chief operating officer. Both executives will report to chief executive Doug Behrens.
The appointments establish a clearer division between commercial development and operational leadership.
In her expanded role, Luker will oversee sales and customer strategy, concentrating on retailer partnerships and broadening the brand’s distribution footprint. Catalina Crunch products are now available in more than 30,000 retail locations across the US.
Robin will manage the company’s supply chain, procurement, manufacturing sites and project management office. His responsibilities will include driving greater efficiency and reinforcing Catalina Snacks’ operational infrastructure.
He brings over 25 years of experience spanning food production, packaging and manufacturing operations to the business.
Before joining Catalina Snacks, Robin served as chief supply chain officer at Monarca Food Solutions, leading transformation initiatives across a six-plant manufacturing network. He has also held senior roles with Hearthside Food Solutions and Peacock Foods.
Founded in 2018, Catalina Snacks produces cereal and snack products under the Catalina Crunch brand.
The portfolio covers protein cereal, granola, snack mixes, chocolate cookie bars and multipacks. The range is positioned as a lower-sugar choice, with products formulated to provide protein and fibre.
