The event received support from 26 sponsors, including headline sponsorship from Brewdog, Irn Bru, One o One, and Rockstar energy drink. Colleagues from across the entire grocery industry attended the music event, engaging in product activations and discovering new brands.

Live entertainment featured renowned UK dance legend Example, Irish girl group B*Witched, and indie rock band, The Supernaturals.

Jane Hill, GroceryAid fundraising director, expressed, “Checkout Scotland brings the Scottish grocery industry together through a fantastic music event, fostering industry connections and strengthening existing relationships.”

Hill added, “This inclusive event welcomes both large and small brands, and we are thrilled to see such a significant presence from colleagues in the independent retail sector.”

Funds collected through Checkout Scotland will support GroceryAid in its mission to provide free and confidential financial, emotional, and practical assistance to grocery colleagues in Scotland and across the UK.
