The Poly-clip System is enhancing its Green Series with the introduction of the ICA 4.3, an automatic double clipper designed to minimize energy usage while offering a user-friendly layout and advanced drive and control technologies. This equipment is aimed at assisting food manufacturers in streamlining their production processes, thereby improving operational efficiency and ensuring adaptability for the future.

One of the significant advantages of the ICA 4.3 is its low energy consumption. Operating at full capacity, it requires only 417 watts, which is a 10.7% reduction compared to the 467 watts consumed by the ICA 1 model introduced in 2003. This improvement in energy efficiency can also serve as a foundation for assessing eligibility for various governmental funding initiatives tied to future investments.

The innovative drive and control system enhances operational effectiveness by employing One Cable Technology (OCT). This development minimizes the amount of wiring needed and optimizes the overall system design. By merging multiple functionalities, the setup also reduces the number of components, lessening the technical intricacy and making maintenance more straightforward.

Additionally, the ICA 4.3 features increased torque and a strengthened conveyor belt, broadening its application scope to accommodate larger product sizes and heavier weights. Its harmonized drive structure ensures stable production and high process reliability.

Designed with hygiene considerations for food production environments, the ICA 4.3 features a smooth-surfaced servo motor that simplifies cleaning in sensitive areas. The mechanical separation of the motor and gearbox allows for quick replacement of components during maintenance. Its PC300 control system, equipped with a modern touchscreen interface, facilitates easy operation and machine parameter setup, enhancing operator training and overall usability.

With a voltage range of 200 to 480 volts, the ICA 4.3 is versatile enough to be used across diverse international production settings, which minimizes the necessity for market-specific models. The use of standardized hardware and software components, along with compatible interfaces, streamlines servicing, supports integration into existing IT networks, and enables future machine enhancements.
