In order to maintain optimal cutting results over time, certain parts of the machine need to be replaced periodically. Previously, the roller bearing support holders required complete replacement, but Kronen has revised them so that only the bearing axle support bars need to be replaced, resulting in significant cost savings. These new parts are compatible with existing models, allowing customers to benefit from long-term savings.
Kronen has also made improvements to the machine’s hygienic design by reducing the number of screw fastenings for the belt and knife box, improving product discharge, and redesigning the blade flange. Furthermore, the swivel arm has been upgraded to eliminate hollow spaces and reduce the need for screw fastenings, improving operational safety by preventing unintentional movement of the arm.
