Previously focused on traditional yogurt production, La Fageda is now marketing three references of organic yogurts in natural, lemon, and bifidus flavors. Natursoy will be providing La Fageda with a platform to market its new range of yogurts at its 3,000 stores specializing in nutrition, dietetics, and organic products. The packaging for the organic yogurt range will be bilingual, increasing its appeal to a wider audience.
All of the organic milk used in the production of La Fageda’s new varieties will be sourced from the Cooperative of the Vall d’En Bas, a nearby natural space known for its idyllic landscape. According to Oriol Gol, director of quality and innovation at La Fageda, entering the organic sector was a logical step in the growth of the brand’s social project, with sustainability as one of its key driving forces.
