For three decades, the Americas Food & Beverage Show & Conference has served as the hemisphere’s meeting point for the food and beverage industry — and this September, the show celebrates its 30th anniversary edition at the Miami Beach Convention Center, September 14–16, 2026.

Organized by the World Trade Center Miami, the Americas Food & Beverage Show has grown into one of the most important international trade events of its kind, drawing more than 10,000 attendees and buyers from over 120 countries. From the beginning, AF&B has been built as a launchpad for small and medium-sized enterprises: the family-owned producers, emerging brands, and regional exporters that form the backbone of the industry but too often lack access to global markets.

Positioned at the crossroads of North, Central, and South America and the Caribbean, the city functions as the gateway of the Americas — and the show reflects that role on every aisle of the exhibit floor.
