The Fed’s Contact Centre achieved a remarkable milestone within a mere seven months in 2023, surpassing all previous records. During this period, the Contact Centre diligently handled over 9,000 calls from members who reported issues with their news wholesaler.

The recovered funds mainly relate to missing credits and voucher submissions, with the largest individual amount totaling £13,000. Undoubtedly, this accomplishment showcases the unwavering commitment of the Contact Centre team to consistently yield the best possible outcomes for our members. Moreover, they leave no stone unturned when resolving any issues that may arise.

Andrew Williamson, the manager of the Contact Centre, expressed his pride in the team’s phenomenal achievement for the fourth consecutive year. He stated, “Reaching this significant milestone is truly remarkable, and it is something that we are immensely proud of.”
