IntraLogisteX Dallas has announced an expanding roster of exhibitors and speakers as it gears up for its launch in 2026, relocating to one of North America’s most significant logistics centers. The exhibition is scheduled for September 16-17, 2026, at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, where it will unite executive-level professionals from supply chain, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, manufacturing, and automation fields for two enriching days filled with live demonstrations, informative sessions, and opportunities for supplier networking.

Produced by Akabo Media, the publisher behind Logistics Manager, IntraLogisteX Dallas is a key component of Dallas Logistics Week, which includes the Supply Chain Excellence Awards USA on September 15, 2026. This transition to Dallas signifies a new chapter for IntraLogisteX in the United States, following successful previous editions in Miami, Florida.

The decision to move to Dallas was driven by its strategic location in the central US, along with its status as a vital hub for both domestic distribution and international commerce, placing it at the core of one of the busiest logistics markets in North America. The Dallas-Fort Worth area has witnessed an expansion of over 110 million square feet of warehouse space since 2019 and is home to more than 6,800 logistics-related businesses.

John Thornton, the editor-in-chief of Logistics Manager, remarked, “Dallas provides IntraLogisteX with an influential platform in one of North America’s leading logistics markets. By merging the exhibition, conference, Supply Chain Excellence Awards USA, and Logistics Manager, Dallas Logistics Week is crafted to link senior purchasing professionals with the latest technologies, partners, and innovative ideas that will drive the next era of supply chain evolution.”

The exhibition and conference will afford attendees the chance to evaluate various technologies, automation systems, software solutions, and logistics methodologies, while also gaining insights from prominent industry leaders about the operational challenges influencing warehouse and supply chain strategies. Exhibitors will feature solutions that encompass warehouse automation, robotics, software development, storage, picking and sortation technologies, packaging, fulfillment services, data management, labeling, RFID, distribution, reverse logistics, and third-party logistics.

The list of confirmed exhibitors includes Action Logistics, B&P Manufacturing, Chetu, Cityon Systems, Contoro Robotics, EPG, ErgoStrap, ESU Automation, Exotec, Georg Utz, Integris, Lucas Systems, NavFlex, Quicktron Robotics, SCR Settled, Softeon, TES85, and Wildeck. Additionally, the latest conference speakers comprise senior representatives from industry giants such as DHL Group, Lucid Motors, American Airlines, Hikma Pharmaceuticals, HP, Wayfair, PepsiCo, and Dell Technologies.

The conference, which is free to attend, will feature two distinct theaters: the Logistics & Strategy Theatre and the Technology & Automation Theatre. The Logistics & Strategy Theatre will address operational and strategic challenges facing supply chain executives, covering topics like logistics operating models, fulfillment processes, OTIF performance, capacity planning, reverse logistics, return strategies, last-mile economics, supplier risk assessment, and warehouse efficiency.

Meanwhile, the Technology & Automation Theatre will delve into the application of robotics, software, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and modern warehouse technologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, resilience, and scalability within live logistics operations. This event emphasizes practical application over mere technological trends, with sessions and demonstrations designed to assist visitors in evaluating systems and services that can be seamlessly integrated into everyday warehouse and logistics operations.

This focus aligns with the broader demands on logistics and supply chain operators to enhance throughput, labor productivity, service performance, scalability, and cost management, while navigating the complexities of demand fluctuations, capacity, fulfillment, and supplier relationships.

The Supply Chain Excellence Awards USA will occur the evening prior to the opening of IntraLogisteX Dallas. These awards are a part of a global program with a storied legacy spanning three decades and are administered by Logistics Manager, which has been a trusted source in the logistics and supply chain sector for over 40 years. The US edition is free to enter, independently adjudicated, and aims to recognize excellence in operational performance, innovation, and tangible achievements throughout the supply chain landscape.

The 2026 awards will take place at Union Station in Dallas on September 15, following successful prior editions in Miami that celebrated notable companies like Smith + Nephew, PepsiCo, AutoStore, Arvato, Geekplus, Kardex, and Ranpak. Collectively, the awards, exhibition, conference, and Logistics Manager platform aim to create a collaborative environment for logistics, warehousing, and supply chain leaders, as well as suppliers eager to forge connections with senior buyers in the US market.

IntraLogisteX Dallas will run from 9:30 AM to 5 PM on September 16 and from 9:30 AM to 4 PM on September 17.
