Applied Nutrition recently announced its impressive annual results for the fiscal year ending 31 July 2025, reporting a remarkable revenue increase of 24.2%, reaching £107.1 million compared to £86.2 million in FY24.
This positive growth trajectory coincides with the company’s plans for an initial public offering (IPO) on the London Stock Exchange.
Furthermore, the completion of a factory extension in August 2024, coupled with enhanced efficiency measures in FY25, has raised revenue capacity to approximately £200 million.
In addition to these advancements, the company plans to build a new purpose-built warehouse next to its current location in Liverpool. This project aims to boost storage capacity by an estimated 180%, significantly improving operational margins by reducing dependency on third-party warehouses.
Applied Nutrition reported substantial growth in revenue from existing customers in the UK, bolstered by “deeper engagement” with major retail partners.
Additionally, the company made “good progress” in securing listings with new retailers and expanding into new channels over the past year.
Throughout the year, Applied Nutrition introduced new products and formats, including Vimto-flavoured gels and hydration products, as well as Sparkling Collagen Protein Water.
Commenting on these results, Thomas Ryder, CEO of Applied Nutrition stated: “This set of results shows us over-delivering on targets we set at IPO while setting the stage for the next phase of our growth. The performance reflects the strength of our strategy, disciplined execution, and growing traction in the market.”
He further emphasized, “In the year we have deepened our relationships with existing customers and secured new customers across both existing and new geographies, all while continually broadening our ranges, formats, and flavours. With solid progress behind us and encouraging trading trends continuing, we are focused on key opportunities with a view to continuing our ambition to become the world’s most trusted and innovative sports nutrition, health, and wellness brand.”
Overall, the group operates in over 85 countries, offering a diverse product range that caters to elite athletes, gym enthusiasts, and health-conscious consumers.
Applied Nutrition has successfully developed and launched four distinct product ranges: Applied Nutrition, ABE, BodyFuel, and Endurance. Collectively, these ranges encompass more than 120 innovative products.
