To maintain its leadership and expedite its expansion plans, UNITED CAPS has appointed Alan Quéméneur as Chief Growth Officer (CGO), tasked with spearheading business transformation, enhancing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth while emphasizing sustainable packaging solutions. Agnès Parmentier will serve as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), focusing on reinforcing the company’s talent pool and corporate culture to support continued expansion.
Alan Quéméneur – Chief Growth Officer
Alan Quéméneur joins UNITED CAPS with extensive experience in strategic growth, market expansion, and customer-focused innovation. As the new CGO, he will concentrate on formulating and executing growth strategies, pinpointing new market opportunities, driving product innovation, and enhancing customer relations. His insights will be crucial in furthering UNITED CAPS’ mission to provide high-performance caps and closures that improve product differentiation and sustainability, particularly in food and drink packaging applications.
Before his tenure at UNITED CAPS, Alan held significant leadership positions at Berry Global and Albea Group. He earned a master’s degree in Plastic Engineering from ISPA Alençon, France, and completed the Strategic Management Program at Ashton Business School.
Agnès Parmentier – Chief Human Resources Officer
Agnès Parmentier joins UNITED CAPS as CHRO, bringing over 14 years of expertise in HR leadership, global workforce planning, and talent development. Her experience in optimizing HR structures, cultivating an inclusive culture, and enhancing employee engagement is pivotal for bolstering UNITED CAPS’ employer brand and ensuring a skilled, future-ready workforce.
