The Rotzinger Group will be showcasing their expanded packaging and processing portfolio for the first time at interpack. Focusing on innovation and digital solutions, the company will offer visitors insights into their Paloma feed placer, FLK/VRM Filling & Capping machine, and bar production line at booth C07 in hall 1.
Christian Vouillamoz, the Product Manager at the Rotzinger Group, states that the high-performance robot cell, the Paloma feed placer, offers accurate pick and place capabilities for unpacked and packed products into different packaging machines. This modular system, using vision-guided high-speed delta robots, can identify incoming products on the conveyor belt and place them in the correct feeding of the following process. This Paloma feed placer can save on costs, create new layout opportunities, and can be used in various areas like bakery, fresh products, snacks, and confectionery. Additionally, it is possible to integrate an infeed chain of the packaging machine directly into the cell to load it with oriented products.
The Rotzinger Group, which recently acquired Hansella, will showcase the unique WRL Flex slitter at interpack. The WRL Flex slitter, equipped with an adjustable cutting width, enables manufacturers to adjust the cutting width easily without changing parts, decreasing production costs and hastening the return on investment (ROI). The flexible WRF Flex slab former also provides higher productivity levels, eliminating wastage and ultimately decreasing production costs.
Rotzinger’s chocolate enrober, responsible for mass-changing systems, is easily adjustable for coating bars. The removable mass trough and exchangeable enrobing head and curtain device ensure quick mass changes, reducing the setup time and making the process more efficient. Rotzinger also offers a turnkey solution from the bar line process to secondary packaging by combining many years of experience within the group and ensuring highest efficiency along the line.
Innovative products such as the digital Factory Software Suite, offering paperless production and fully digitized Q-Checks and management cockpit, will also be showcased by Rotzinger. Moreover, the company offers system integration services and ongoing updates and advancements for Digital Software Suites for customers who sign a maintenance contract. Service experts will be available at interpack to support customers with questions about the company’s service support.
Interpack visitors can find out more about the Rotzinger Group’s packaging and processing portfolio from May 4 to 10 at booth C07 in hall 1.
