SÜDPACK, the film manufacturer, and SN Maschinenbau, the packaging machine manufacturer, have collaborated to present an innovative solution for sustainable food packaging at interpack 2023 in Düsseldorf.
Booth A61 in Hall 6 will be showcasing the PE-based stand-up pouches produced on the FMH 300 pouch packaging machine, which uses high-performance films from SÜDPACK’s Pure-Line product family made of the polymer polyethylene. These recyclable and material-efficient pouches exhibit remarkable stability and are lightweight, thereby reducing the carbon footprint.
The FMH 300 is a horizontal pouch packaging machine, capable of producing flat and stand-up pouches for primary packaging of cheese, sausages, snacks, and other food items with a longer shelf life. Customers benefit from its minimal use of resources, while zipper systems make it convenient to open and close the pouch packaging.
This easy-to-use pouch packaging machine is designed with a hygienic feature and rotary table to form, fill, and seal packages at high speed, achieving an output quantity of up to 270 pouches per minute. Moreover, the machine’s hygienic structure reduces potential contamination, and its format changing is nearly fully automatic.
