SIG is enhancing its presence in the Brazilian market through a strategic partnership with DPA Brasil, a move that highlights the company’s commitment to delivering innovative food and drink packaging solutions. This partnership brings together two industry leaders, with SIG taking over the production of spouted pouch packaging for DPA’s Chamyto brand yogurt line in 2024.

The packaging solution offered by SIG includes a pre-made spouted pouch with closure (SIG CloverCap 85RO) and filling equipment (SIG Prime 120), creating a convenient and user-friendly pack for consumers. This innovative packaging design not only simplifies consumption but also promotes independence, particularly among children. The partnership will see DPA products such as Chamyto yogurt, Chamyto fruit vitamin yogurts, Chambinho Recreio, and Ninho Lancheirinha packaged in SIG’s spouted pouches.

Vanessa Lima, Marketing Manager at DPA Brasil, emphasizes the importance of providing products that support children’s independence while maintaining the taste, quality, and nutritional value of the yogurt. Thiago Franzin, Head of Sales LATAM for Bag-in-Box and Spouted Pouch at SIG, highlights the company’s diverse product range and commitment to meeting the evolving needs of the Brazilian consumer.

SIG’s comprehensive solutions aim to strengthen its market position and meet the demands of the modern food and beverage industry in Brazil. The introduction of Chamyto yogurt in spouted pouches from SIG further solidifies the company’s presence in the Brazilian market as a provider of innovative packaging system solutions. These products are readily available in leading supermarkets across Brazil.
