Nutella is introducing a special “Good Morning” collection featuring four distinct label designs crafted by Australian artist Dave Homer, showcasing various morning scenery from Australia and New Zealand.
These new labels offer a modern interpretation of last year’s Good Morning initiative. Each design highlights unique landscapes, including urban streets, coastal views, snow-capped mountains, and vast outback terrains. The company emphasizes that this collection “transforms its iconic jar into a piece of art,” aiming to enliven mornings through artistic expression.
The labels are produced by Abaris Printing in Melbourne utilizing lithographic techniques and are then affixed at Nutella’s manufacturing facility in Lithgow.
Homer shared that his creations draw inspiration from daily experiences. “To me, a Good Morning is about the small details – the light, the quiet, the anticipation of the day ahead,” he commented. “These designs are inspired by everyday moments and places that many Australians and New Zealanders instantly recognise, capturing how a morning can feel completely different depending on where you are.”
The company intends for the collection to honor “the small rituals that make mornings meaningful,” emphasizing a blend of “creativity, connection and a sense of positivity” through designs that celebrate varied morning experiences across the region.
In addition to the new packaging, Nutella has launched two recipes featuring local ingredients: Tropical Overnight Breakfast Oats with Nutella and Brekkie Bread Pudding with Nutella. The aim of these recipes is to “spark simple, creative moments at home.”
Kat Sabbath, a baker and Nutella brand ambassador, remarked that the recipes reflect typical routines. “Nutella has always been part of those small morning rituals in my home, whether it’s a quiet breakfast before the day gets busy or sharing something special with family; these recipes are all about keeping mornings creative, comforting, and joyful,” she noted.
These limited-edition jars can be found at Coles, Woolworths, and various independent supermarkets nationwide.
