The company announced that the funding will support ambitious growth initiatives under the leadership of Sarah Baldwin, the former chief executive of Purity Soft Drinks, who joined Kingsland Drinks as managing director in 2025.

Located in Irlam, Greater Manchester, Kingsland Drinks Group operates as an independent, insights-driven beverage partner. The company excels in offering comprehensive solutions across contract bottling and canning, product development, and sourcing and procurement for major UK retailers and renowned drinks brands. This aligns with evolving food and drink consumer trends toward sustainability and innovation.

With a history rooted in wine and spirit production that dates back to 1955, Kingsland Drinks has established a robust operation. Employing around 400 staff locally, the company integrates traditional drinks creation with advanced co-packing and bottling capabilities, paving the way for sustainable packaging solutions in the beverage sector.

Baldwin remarked on the challenges faced by both Kingsland and the broader drinks industry in recent years, stating, “We’re now moving into a phase of evolving the core business and securing long-term development opportunities. This funding will help secure an exciting future for the business as a pioneering force in the drinks industry, built on strong community roots where our people, heritage and quality continue to set us apart.” This vision reinforces Kingsland’s commitment to sustainable packaging practices and responsiveness to food and drink marketing strategies.
