IPL Packaging has achieved Gold Certification from Ecovadis, a leading global authority in sustainability assessment. This certification demonstrates IPL’s strong commitment to responsible and sustainable packaging manufacturing.

According to Glen Broomberg, Head of Global Business Development, “IPL goes beyond simply claiming sustainable practices by obtaining third-party certification from Ecovadis. With a certification in the 97th percentile out of 130,000 certified companies, our customers can trust that our sourcing, manufacturing, and design meet international standards.”

Founded in 2007, EcoVadis has grown to become the largest and most reputable provider of business sustainability ratings worldwide, with over 130,000 rated companies in their network. Their vision is to create a global marketplace where sustainability influences every business decision, benefiting economies, people’s lives, and the planet.

The Ecovadis Gold Certification follows IPL Packaging’s renewal of its partnership with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) through 2025. As one of nearly 1,200 international members across 89 countries, IPL remains committed to FSC and responsible manufacturing practices for the future.

IPL emphasizes a personal approach to packaging, fostering collaborative design investments that prioritize trust and expertise. Today’s packaging design requires consideration of various materials, leading to innovative concepts that elevate brand narratives and experiences. IPL’s focus on materials like tubes, rigid board, acrylic, and molded features ensures adherence to global standards set by Ecovadis and the Forest Stewardship Council.

Building on its success in Europe and Asia with key manufacturers like LVMH and Edrington, IPL has expanded its spirits packaging achievements to the United States through a proven, partnership-driven process.
