Automated packaging specialists Yorkshire Packaging Systems (YPS) will be exhibiting at the PPMA Show at the NEC in September. YPS has extensive experience working with food producers and their team will be available to discuss both machinery and materials suitable for food packaging applications.
“We’re celebrating 50 years in business this year! Over those years, we’ve helped numerous food producers find the right packaging system for them – from bakeries to dairies, ready meal makers to meat producers,” explained YPS MD, Glyn Johnson.
“We’ll have shrink wrapping systems on show, as well as our display of materials. We offer a wide range of specialist food-contact-approved materials, so our team can talk through all the options for food producers and explain how materials and equipment can work optimally together.”
YPS supplies shrink wrapping systems for display applications as well as transit wrapping options. Display applications deliver shelf-ready packs and are achieved by using L-sealer and side sealer shrink wrappers.
For transit applications, YPS supplies sleeve wrappers. The company also has extensive experience in supplying dairies and other bottling plants with specially designed equipment that is ideal for these heavy-duty applications.
“We’ll be at stand A62 and are looking forward to meeting producers and helping them with their packaging challenges,” concluded Johnson.
