Group revenue increased 4.9% year on year, while Adjusted EBITDA reached €45 million, representing a margin of 14.8%. The results reflect continued progress in sustainable packaging and the company’s broader focus on food and drink sustainability.

The Americas delivered 8.7% revenue growth in constant currency and achieved an EBITDA margin of 22.9%. This performance was supported by organic growth and the continued onboarding of new customer contracts across the food and drink packaging market.

Meanwhile, EMEA revenue grew by 3.3%, with an EBITDA margin of 17.8%. However, the margin was affected by higher raw material costs following the conflict in the Middle East. To mitigate this pressure, the company has implemented customer surcharges, with recovery expected in the coming quarters.

Net profit attributable to Elopak shareholders increased to €15.7 million, up from €9.3 million last year. These results demonstrate the importance of responding effectively to changing food and drink consumer trends while maintaining a clear focus on sustainable packaging and food and drink marketing priorities.

Bent K. Axelsen, interim chief executive, said: “We are operating in a demanding environment: volatile geopolitical situation, rising input costs and changing consumer behavior remain real challenges. Our second quarter results show that disciplined execution and strategic focus can drive progress even in difficult conditions, and we remain committed to our ‘Repackaging tomorrow’ strategy.”
