The Corvaglia Group, a globally recognized leader in innovative closure solutions for beverage packaging, has forged a strategic alliance with Wisecap, a premier European manufacturer of plastic caps and closures for the beverage sector, based in Italy.
As part of this agreement, Wisecap will absorb the caps manufacturing operations of Corvaglia Closures Eschlikon AG, a subsidiary within the Corvaglia Holding AG umbrella, into its expansive European production network, which spans facilities in Italy, the Czech Republic, Spain, Poland, and Egypt. In exchange, Corvaglia Group will secure a minority stake in Wisecap while providing its advanced injection-moulding technology and innovative closure designs.
The Corvaglia Group remains steadfast in its commitment to the global closure business, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the entire value chain. This commitment in Europe will be bolstered through the partnership with Wisecap. Simultaneously, Corvaglia will continue to offer its full range of services in the US and Mexico, encompassing closure designs, injection-moulding technology, as well as production and application expertise.
