Amcor, a developer and manufacturer of responsible packaging solutions, will participate in CibusTec 2026, where it will demonstrate its capabilities in sustainable, high-performance and consumer-oriented packaging. Taking place from October 27-30 at Fiere di Parma in Italy, the food and beverage technology exhibition will feature Amcor’s extensive selection of rigid packaging, closures and specialty formats for food and drink applications.

Amcor’s showcase will centre on packaging functionality, visual appeal, sustainability progress and solutions tailored to specific products. Its portfolio includes plastic bottles, jars, tubs and containers engineered to protect freshness and help extend shelf life. Lightweight PET bottles and jars are suitable for juices, dairy products, water, carbonated beverages and sauces. Tubs, pots and canisters serve categories including dairy, spreads and confectionery, while thermoformed trays and cups support yogurt, snack and ready meal packaging.

Visitors can find Amcor in Hall 2, stand D 062, where the company’s specialists will advise on packaging formats aligned with the EU’s Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).

“Our aim is to help customers meet today’s demands while preparing for what’s next,” said Amcor Sales Director Mirko Todeschi. “A future-ready approach means that we can adapt to a changing legislative landscape as well as consumer trends. On the stand at CibusTec, Amcor will also demonstrate its expertise in PCR integration, recyclability validation and responsible packaging design.

“We have a strong track record in supporting European brands with regulatory-aligned packaging solutions. Along with our on-site technical and commercial experts, Amcor is well prepared for the multiple challenges facing the food and drink sector.”

CibusTec will additionally mark the presentation of Amcor’s recently introduced UniPak Luma. This scalable, lightweight packaging platform has been developed for cold- and ambient-filled dairy products, as well as chilled and dry food. It expands on the UniPak 1 kg pot launched earlier this year, with the container manufactured entirely from polypropylene.
