While financial details of the deal remain undisclosed, Taylor Farms emphasized that the acquisition would significantly expand its “global footprint.”

Natures Way Foods specializes in fresh food manufacturing, focusing on bagged salads, coleslaw, and potato salad for major retailers such as Tesco and Aldi, as well as various foodservice clients.

Employing 1,300 people, Natures Way Foods operates four production sites located in Selsey, Runcton, Merston, and Drayton. Importantly, current employees, executives, and management teams will retain their positions within the company.

Taylor Farms is a leading North American producer of salads and healthy fresh foods, boasting production facilities across the US, Canada, Mexico, and, most recently, in Western Europe.

Both Taylor Farms and Natures Way Foods plan to collaborate in order to share best practices. This acquisition is expected to accelerate growth while introducing new fresh, healthy products aligned with current consumer trends.

“At Taylor Farms, our mission has always been to deliver fresh, healthy, and delicious foods that enhance the well-being and quality of our consumers’ lives—and that mission extends beyond North America,” stated Bruce Taylor, Chairman and CEO of Taylor Farms.

“We’re excited to partner with Natures Way Foods and expand our global footprint, continuing to provide nutritious, high-quality products around the world.”

Colin Smith, CEO of Natures Way Foods, described this as an “exciting time” for the company.

“Joining forces with the globally respected producer Taylor Fresh Foods is a testament to our team’s exceptional work. Our commitment to delivering fresh food products for our valued customers remains central to everything we do,” Smith remarked.

“We are known for strong relationships and our dedication to Quality, Service, and Value. Being part of the Taylor Fresh Foods family will enable us to invest further, innovate, and share best practices, ensuring we continue to deliver for our customers.”
