At our trade fair stand, Handtmann’s experts will provide live demonstrations of dough dividing, dosing, forming, and extruding processes, combined with digitalization and automation solutions. The exhibited systems will cater to the needs of artisan small-scale producers, start-ups, medium-scale producers, and industrial enterprises alike. One of our highlighted exhibits is the VF 842 portioning machine, accompanied by the SE 442-1 cutting unit and a conical moulder for industrial dough dividing. Additionally, we will showcase the WS 910 advanced weighing system, an ideal tool for weight checking and control in baked goods production.
With Handtmann’s cutting-edge technology, bakers can effortlessly divide a wide range of bread types, including rye, wheat, spelt, and gluten-free options, with precision down to the gram. Whether the dough is firm (yield of 140) or almost fluid (yield of 200), our piston-less-free operating principle ensures accurate scaling weights from 10 g to 10 kg, all without the need for additional oils.
For a streamlined production process, we will demonstrate a single-step dough dividing, forming, and depositing method using the FS 520 forming system and VF 830 portioning machine. With this combination, various product shapes, be it round (Vinschgauer or gluten-free soft buns) or longish (rye rolls or gluten-free baguette rolls), can be effortlessly produced with high flexibility. Soft and pre-proofed dough products, including those with a rye content of up to 100%, can be deposited directly onto baguette trays or peel boards after the dividing and forming steps.
The VF 828 portioning machine and FS 510 forming system offer a versatile solution for an array of snacks. With this system, you can create an extensive range of products such as bars, bread chips, vegetable sticks, crackers, chin-chin, or pão de queijo, while having the freedom to customize the geometrical shape directly on the VF 800 portioning machine’s display. Simplified parametrization is made possible through the Handtmann Product Visualization (HPV), providing a graphic representation of the set product shape.
If your production demands involve dosing a wide array of products, regardless of their fluidity, viscosity, or chunkiness, we’ve got you covered with our VF 820, equipped with the DS 552 depositing system. For artisan small-scale productions, we offer the VF 608 B portioning machine paired with the versatile and user-friendly DV 85-1 dosing valve.
Those interested in sheeting applications will not be disappointed. Our trade fair stand will feature the VF 808 S portioning machine, enhanced with a sheeting nozzle. This setup allows for the extrusion of diverse dough types, pastes, dough sheets, and endless sheets of fats onto dough sheets.
