Fraser Parramint has been appointed as the new managing director, succeeding David Bashford, who is retiring after more than 26 years with the company.
Previously, Parramint served as the group operations director at The Bread Factory, where he honed over 25 years of senior leadership experience within the food and hospitality sector.
Throughout his career, he has held significant roles at Marks & Spencer, Byron, and The Restaurant Group. While at The Bread Factory, he successfully implemented key operational strategies that enhanced efficiency, increased production, and boosted profitability.
This appointment represents a “significant milestone” for the firm as it continues to expand nationally in response to growing demand for regulatory support and compliance innovation.
Upon his appointment, Parramint stated: “Food Alert has a rich history and a deserved reputation for excellence. I am excited to take on the role from David and build on this strong foundation.
