Together, they are introducing retort two-piece aluminum cans for CavinKare’s popular milkshake products.

Manish Joshi, Commercial Director at Ball Beverage Packaging Asia, highlighted the growth potential of the dairy industry in India, forecasting a CAGR of 4.1% by 2028. The focus is on the Ready-To-Drink category, which is expected to grow rapidly due to the wide variety of flavor options available to consumers. Ball India’s investment in manufacturing retort aluminum cans tailored to the dairy market reflects a commitment to product innovation and sustainability, allowing for a diverse range of flavored dairy products to be packaged in aluminum cans.

The introduction of retort aluminum cans is designed to withstand the rigorous retort process, ensuring the preservation of flavor, nutrients, and freshness of dairy products. Additionally, these cans align perfectly with the modern consumer’s on-the-go lifestyle.
