Ardagh Glass Packaging has revealed a reorganization of its leadership structure in anticipation of the retirement of AGP CEO Mike Dick, set for the end of May 2026.

In this updated framework, regional leaders will now report directly to Mark Porto, the executive chairman of Ardagh Group, enabling enhanced regional decision-making capabilities and improved commercial operations.

Alexander Kuzan has been appointed as CEO of AGP Europe. He previously held the position of vice president and general manager at Novelis, directing the European can division since 2017, where he concentrated on strategies related to food and beverage packaging within the European landscape.

Timur Colak will enhance his role by adding chief commercial officer to his existing duties as chief transformation officer. He will manage AGP’s global sales efforts while the organization adopts a more systematic and value-driven commercial strategy.

In conjunction with these changes, Brian Brandstatter, CEO of AGP North America, Paul Curnow, CEO of AGP Africa, and Kuzan will all report directly to Porto.

This restructuring aims to bolster regional independence, simplify commercial decision processes, and align with the company’s long-term operational objectives throughout its international glass packaging sector.
