With over 13 years of coaching experience, Bradley Scanes has worked alongside some of the world’s most elite athletes. Notably, he served as the high-performance coach and physiotherapist for Formula One world champion Max Verstappen.
In addition to his motorsport background, Scanes has dedicated his expertise to supporting Olympic athletes competing in British gymnastics and basketball.
In his upcoming role, Scanes will concentrate on instilling ‘positive habits’ throughout the organization. He will also refine established processes and ensure continuous innovation within the business.
AG Barr emphasizes that this appointment demonstrates its ongoing commitment to fostering an environment where employees can thrive.

He will officially join AG Barr on December 10, 2025, reporting directly to Gowen.
