Revolutionary Liquid Filling Technologies for Diverse Sectors
As part of our showcase at PACK-EXPO, we are proud to unveil a whole new set of technologies for liquid filling. ACMA has now introduced the new LRF Platforms, catering to specific markets such as Personal Care, Home Care, and Oils (both edible and mineral).
Our liquid filling solutions offer great flexibility, allowing bottles of different types and sizes to be filled with various capping systems. The advantage of quick format changes without the need for tools showcases our tool-less and plug-and-play approach.
Precision and accuracy are essential in the filling process. ACMA machines incorporate a net weight system that checks each bottle individually, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, our smart filling approach minimizes waste by reducing the amount of product in the tank using the Virtual Level System (VLS) and optimizing the dosing speed based on characteristics such as viscosity and temperature. Efficiency is also maximized, leading to reduced maintenance costs.
The ACMA Smart Handling Robotic Family: Enhancing the Feeding Process
PACK EXPO presents an opportunity to explore our recently developed range of automated and smart distribution and feeding solutions. These solutions are designed to handle spherical or flat-based chocolate pralines, as well as other flat products like bottles and soap bars.
Our first offering is a smart robotic distribution system suitable for various industries. It is designed with space and energy savings in mind, handling delicate and uniquely shaped chocolate pralines. Integration of electrical components directly into the machine and a simplified Human-Machine Interface (HMI) make it compact and user-friendly.
The ACMA Carousel is our feeding system specifically designed for flat-based chocolate pralines. It takes up less space and consumes less energy compared to other solutions on the market. Equipped with a vision system, it scans and detects any defective pralines, ensuring only the best quality products proceed to the next stage.
Lastly, our VL solution is designed for spherical chocolate pralines and is compatible with the high-speed ACMA CW 1005 packaging machine. It offers exceptional speed, reliability, and a compact system size for businesses with high production requirements.
