In London, various well-known brands like Aunt Bessie’s, Kikkoman, and Lurpak are set to launch unique ice cream flavors as part of a summer-themed concept store.
This initiative, which runs until August 16, marks the fifth iteration of the Anya Hindmarch Ice Cream Project. For this year’s event, Premier Foods has rejoined the collaboration, introducing innovative flavors like Paxo Sage & Onion Stuffing and OXO Beef ice creams.
These limited-edition ice creams, along with other distinctive varieties, can be enjoyed at the Anya Hindmarch shop in London.
Mark Alldred, the global marketing director at Premier Foods, expressed his enthusiasm to Food Manufacture by stating: “We’re really excited to be involved with the Anya Hindmarch Ice Cream Project for another year. Following the fantastic response to last year’s collaboration, it’s great to be back, bringing our much-loved brands to life in an unexpected and engaging way.”
He continued: “This year’s collection includes a Paxo Sage & Onion Stuffing-inspired ice cream and an OXO Beef flavoured ice cream, alongside other imaginative flavours from well-known grocery brands.”
Alldred added, “The project celebrates Britain’s best-loved household brands through a playful, limited-edition range that sparks conversation, delights curious food lovers and highlights the enduring role these iconic products continue to play in British food culture.”
