Faerch A/S, a premier Danish manufacturer renowned for its circular rigid food and drink packaging solutions, is delighted to announce the appointment of Pernille Lind Olsen as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2025.
Pernille Lind Olsen joins Faerch following a successful tenure at Henkel, where she held the positions of President of Henkel North America and Corporate Senior Vice President for Henkel Adhesive Technologies’ global Packaging & Consumer Goods sector.
With an impressive career spanning key roles in Denmark, Singapore, Germany, and the US, Pernille brings substantial international business leadership expertise. Her journey commenced at Novozymes, followed by valuable positions at Hempel, before she joined Henkel in 2022. Additionally, she serves as a non-executive board member at Aarsleff, a prominent Danish contracting firm.

She is currently in the process of relocating to Denmark and will work from Faerch’s headquarters in Holstebro.
