Paramount Retail Group’s Acquisition
To bolster its operational strategy, Paramount Retail Group has initiated a new holding company called Paramount Food Group. This move will enable enhanced investment, customer retention, operational integration, and overall expansion.
As a result of this acquisition, the revenue at Paramount Retail Group now stands at £230 million, surpassing its initial target of exceeding £200 million in sales by the end of 2025. Notably, the financial specifics of the deal remain undisclosed.

With 17 sites across the UK and 2 in Asia, Paramount Retail Group employs over 750 individuals and boasts multiple investments within the retail and manufacturing sectors.
