According to Nirvana, the company is anticipating further growth in the category due to the trend of no/low ‘mixing’, where beer drinkers alternate between full-strength and no/low beers.

The London Porter features multiple roasted malt varieties and the classic British hop variety Fuggles.

It boasts an ABV of 0.5% and is priced at £2.50 RRP for a 330ml bottle.

Founder Becky Kean stated, “We were ahead of the no/low curve when we started and now we’re riding the wave that’s come along. People aren’t just switching to no/low occasionally – or exclusively for Dry January – they’re genuinely embracing them.”

The porter is part of Nirvana’s six-strong core range and is available through selected cash and carries and wholesalers, including LWC and Inn Express.
